I have received a tracking number in my email with about a week of every single test that I've ever done on this website. If you don't receive a tracking number within 1-2 weeks, please try the following:

• Check your spam folder for tracking number for up to 2 weeks.
• Check your mail for any conditions on the delivery. The quality of shipping companies vary widely in any given geographical location around the world -- before purchasing make sure you are familiar with the common shipping companies in your local area that handle international shipments and work with D.H.L. In the U.S.A., I always received the package within a few weeks. However, while testing this process outside of the U.S.A., I often received a paper notice that required me to go online and pay a small tax before the delivery could be made.
• Contact the delivery company with the tracking number to follow up on the delivery time and date.
